We know that forcing machines to run overtime and at their production limit  can damage rotating equipment. In order to solve this problem, we have implemented the "Pump Efficiency Improvement Program" concept that improves those equipment that are operating in not ideal conditions.

SAFEM has a Bench Test in our workshop that allow us to take the necessary measurements  to quantify the level of deterioration of the equipment and to apply improvements to return to the maximum productivity of the equipment. These measurements can also be made in your own plant, adapting to the needs of customers and offering unique and customized solutions. 

The application of ceramic coatings inside the vacuum pumps can result in up to 10% of energy savings thanks to a reduction in the friction of the liquid ring with the coating.

The application of sealing systems, on the other hand, also means measurable energy savings at the same time that avoids  leakage to the bearings.

This concept is applicable both to equipments in operation and refurbished, or stored equipment, always ensuring a permanent stock in our warehouses.
